In a specially designed laboratory we prepare our fruit in alcohol and two great lines of liquor: Spiriti del frutto and Spiriti dell’Alpe wholly obtained with ingredients from certified organic agriculture.
They are available in elegant bottles of 200ml or 500ml.

The Spiriti dell’Alpe, at 35°/37°, is obtained from the maceration of wild herbs, roots and fruit which are put in organic alcohol.

We also produce Melardiente, an apple brandy at 42°, obtained from the distillation of Runsé apples. We ferment the apples and then they are distilled at il Milin, the distillery of the Rovero brothers in San Marzanotto, Asti.
