The wooden building is new, but the stone mill is from the 1700s. It is assembled in our eco-museum “Da tera an pianta” (From earth to plant) and it is where we grind our grains. Sifted and tumbled, we pack the Ottofile and Pignoletto flours. ( Pignoletto and Ottofile are Piedmont ancient corn for polenta)

We also sell whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, rye flour and spelt flour – all organic and ground in the stone mill.
